1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Eligibility
At Modeste Clothing, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, modest drape, and premium fabrics of our collections. If an item received does not meet your expectations or sizing needs, we accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as matching belts or scarves) must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase (order reference number or payment receipt) is required.
2. Custom Tailored & Bespoke Pieces
Because bespoke custom orders are handcrafted to your personalized measurements, fabrics, and styling specifics, custom pieces are non-refundable once production commences, except in the rare event of a confirmed tailoring defect or deviation from agreed measurements.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Initiating a return is simple and fast:

- Attach clear photos/videos showing the item and condition.
- Our customer care team will review and provide return dispatch instructions within 24 hours.
4. Refunds & Replacement Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our production studio in Ogun State, your replacement size or store credit/refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
