1. Order Processing & Verification
Every order placed on Modeste Clothing is processed immediately upon bank transfer confirmation. Once you submit your order and send your transfer receipt via WhatsApp, our fulfillment team verifies the payment, prepares your garments, and confirms sizing specifics with you.
For custom bespoke creations or personalized length adjustments, our head tailor will review your measurements and provide a production update before dispatch.
2. Nationwide Delivery Timelines
We deliver across all 36 states in Nigeria:
- Lagos, Ogun & Southwest Nigeria: 3 to 5 working days following confirmation.
- Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt & South-South / Southeast: 5 to 7 working days.
- Northern Nigeria & Regional Hubs: 5 to 7 working days via trusted interstate courier logistics.
3. International Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship our Islamic modest wear to sisters globally (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and West Africa). International parcels are dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx with complete real-time tracking.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines (typically 5 to 9 business days) are calculated based on parcel weight and destination country.
4. Delivery Fees & Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping fees. Delivery costs are calculated transparently during checkout or confirmed directly via WhatsApp according to your specific delivery address.
