1. Order Placement & Acceptance

By placing an order through Modeste Clothing, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchase transactions and that all personal information provided (including full name, phone/WhatsApp number, and delivery destination) is accurate.

All orders submitted are subject to inventory availability and payment confirmation via our official bank accounts.

2. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Terms

All catalog prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We reserve the right to revise prices, launch promotional discounts, or update fabric availability at any time without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed and scheduled for production or dispatch only upon verification of payment receipts submitted via WhatsApp or email.

3. Custom Tailoring & Bespoke Specifications

For custom creations, clients are responsible for providing accurate body measurements (height, bust, waist, hips, and preferred sleeve/skirt lengths). Our tailors craft each piece adhering strictly to the specifications agreed upon during the pre-order consultation.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content published on this website, including photographs, garment silhouettes, logo assets, editorial lookbooks, and branding copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of Modeste Clothing. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.
